These terms cover use of ocix.in, operated by Vishal Pandey in India under the OCIX brand.

Purpose and operator

OCIX is a brand used by an individual founder, not a separately registered company. This website provides product information, links to developer tools and editorial content. Contact the operator at support@ocix.in for questions about these terms.

Product availability

Vigilante is available through its linked website and app. DraftShield and GymX are in development and are not yet available. Descriptions of those projects explain an intended direction and do not create a promise of release dates, features, downloads or service availability.

Using the Vigilante app is governed by its app Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. This website does not take payments. Current prices and purchase conditions must be checked in the product before checkout.

Using the website responsibly

You may browse the site and use its public links. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with delivery of the website, introduce malicious content or use contact channels to send spam. Report an error with the affected URL and enough context to reproduce it, without including secrets or private source code.

Articles and public activity tools

Articles describe practical approaches, examples and opinions; they do not guarantee productivity, health, moderation or business results. A GitHub audit or roast reflects the public information available to the tool. It is not a complete record of someone’s work or a professional assessment of their ability.

Choose tools and targets based on your circumstances. A daily habit should support useful work, not encourage meaningless commits or discourage rest. Third-party platforms may change their rules or availability independently of OCIX.

Content and external links

Website text, artwork and branding belong to their respective owners. You may link to articles and quote short passages with attribution; reproducing whole articles or using the brand to imply an endorsement requires permission. Links to external websites are provided for context and access; those services set their own terms.

The operator works to keep descriptions accurate, but pages can contain mistakes or become outdated. Report a material error through Contact. Availability can be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside the operator’s control. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
