For a website problem, include the URL, the action you tried and what happened. For Vigilante support, mention the relevant screen and the time of the problem, including your time zone. A screenshot can help if it does not reveal private information.
Never send passwords, API keys, payment card details, GitHub tokens or private source code. If account details are necessary to investigate, keep the first message to the minimum needed to identify the issue. There is no guaranteed response time listed here.
Privacy and corrections
For a privacy question or complaint, email the same address with “Privacy” in the subject. Vishal is also the grievance contact. Describe the request and the website or product it concerns. See the website privacy policy for the distinction between this site and the Vigilante app.
