The person behind the studio

Small products.
Clear purpose.

OCIX is an independent product studio run by Vishal Pandey in India.

Why follow-through?

A new project can start with a clear idea and still become difficult to return to. The next step gets vague, feedback takes too long, or the system asks for more attention than the task itself. OCIX builds around that gap between intending to do something and having a reason to keep doing it.

The aim is a focused product that makes one useful action easier to understand. A tracker should help you decide what to do next. A review tool should explain its limits. A game tied to real work should make that relationship visible.

One founder, one product at a time

Vishal is the individual operator of OCIX; OCIX is a brand, not a separately registered company. Product decisions, support and responsibility sit with him. The studio’s live product is Vigilante, a GitHub accountability app with a settlement-building game.

DraftShield and GymX are development projects. They appear here to explain what the studio is exploring, not to imply that you can sign up or use them today. Their pages state that boundary explicitly.

How products are built

The process starts with a small behavior that can be observed: choosing a repository, finishing a daily commitment, or returning to a project after a break. That behavior comes before a long feature list. For Vigilante, qualifying GitHub activity is the evidence for a verified day; opening the game or buying an upgrade cannot create one.

Work is developed in separate frontend and backend systems, checked locally, and reviewed before a release. Visual feedback matters, but it should explain actual product state. Plans stay plans until they are implemented and available.

Talk to the founder

Questions, support requests and corrections go to support@ocix.in. Useful feedback names the page or action that caused confusion and the result you expected. You do not need a paid plan to report a problem.
